Withdrawal of Approval

Organisations listed below are no longer approved by us.

Approval may have been withdrawn for any of the reasons detailed in Section 2.3 of the ACS terms and conditions. These fall into five summary categories:

  • No assessment undertaken
  • Non-conformance with the ACS Standard
  • Non-compliance with the Private Security Industry Act 2001
  • Fit & proper requirements not met
  • Other breach of ACS terms and conditions

Each entry below includes the relevant category of withdrawal. Where more than one category applies the primary reason for withdrawal is given.

Organisations that have had their approval withdrawn can submit a new ACS application. If this subsequent application is successful, they will not appear on the list below.
