Criminal Liability of Directors etc
If a body corporate is convicted of an offence, a director or senior officer, or anyone purporting to act in such a role, who is shown to have consented to, connived in, or been negligent in preventing that offence, is also liable to prosecution.
Orders and Regulations
Subordinate legislation under the Act may be made by the Secretary of State through the use of statutory instruments. Unless otherwise specified, such statutory instruments may be annulled by a resolution of either House of Parliament. In specific instances the Secretary of State must consult with the SIA before exercising a statutory instrument.
