How to register a complaint

Applying for or renewing a licence?

If you are intending to apply for or renew a licence you should register for an online account and then contact us from within your account. Login credentials from our old site will not work: you will need to set up a new account, with a new username and password.

We aim to process 80% of applications within 25 working days. We will not provide an update on your application within this time.
